The room was spacious, but cleanliness was definitely an issue.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, and an electric kettle. They even helped with my late departure on my first stay. I recommend you try it. I'm coming back for a holiday!

pleasant stay with minor issues
The cleanliness of the room impressed me, truly sparkling upon arrival. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable.
The absence of a lift meant several flights of stairs to navigate.

Solo traveler, near to everything you need
I found it unsettling to be asked for my passport at reception, especially as I'm a UK citizen who'd only travelled an hour on the train. But the staff were overall nice enough, and the room had all the basics, like a microwave and a decent little fridge. It was clean and tidy.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess for London, it’s still acceptable.

Had a wonderful stay in a cozy room with a comfy bed and unexpected EU plug socket. I loved the quiet vibe and made good use of the lovely garden and pool to unwind. Just a minor hiccup with the corridor smell, but it didn't ruin my experience. 🌿

Great location near Olympia, just a short walk to the venue. My Classic Double Room was compact but cozy. The kitchenette came in handy for making quick meals. The staff were friendly but needed to improve their service. I felt a bit neglected at check-in, as the receptionist quickly resumed a phone call without explaining anything about the Wi-Fi or local amenities. The bathroom could use more attention. there was mold in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable with very thin pillows. I had trouble sleeping. the housekeeping wasn't thorough. I noticed dust accumulation on the floor. I appreciated the daily cleaning, but it wasn’t consistent. In general, decent for the price, but not without issues.

The omelette I had at Society Bar & Restaurant was top-notch! the kitchenette in my room was a lifesaver for whipping up late-night snacks after a long day. There were plenty of fab eateries nearby like Pizza Express and Miran Masala to satisfy any craving.
The reception rug was looking more 'lived in' than clean. My room felt cramped, and I had to duck and dodge in the tiny toilet! Plus, the cleaning crew barely showed up. the dust was practically throwing a party.

The hotel had charming wooden furniture that made me feel at home. The kitchenette was a delightful surprise, allowing me to enjoy light meals without needing to go out every time. Plus, the air conditioning was a real blessing!
More comfortable pillows would be great.

Clean room and hospitable staff. Ideal for someone who just wants a comfortable place to sleep.
I had a pleasant stay, enjoying the clean, well-equipped double room which featured a safe and surprisingly handy European sockets. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even assisted me with my luggage at check-in, which was a lovely touch. The location was quietly situated yet conveniently close to several underground stations, making exploring the city easy. I did notice a bit of dust in places, which could be improved.

I had a lovely stay where I really appreciated the clean room and the European power sockets that saved me from needing an adapter. There were also some cozy spots to relax and a nice little tea station available, which was perfect for enjoying a hot drink. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin the good vibes I had here! 😌

The Classic Double Room was cozy but pretty small. It had a clean vibe, which I liked. The bed was super comfy, making it easy to crash after a long day exploring. I also appreciated the little kitchenette, perfect for late-night snacks. It felt warm and inviting, but it was dusty in some corners. Noticed some used towels left in the hallway, though that didn’t bother me much. a decent place to sleep!

Great location and comfy stay
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the cozy vibe. The rooms were equipped with everything, even had a power outlet for Europe, which was a lifesaver! The staff were super friendly and helped with luggage. It was nice to have underground stations not far away. Just wish the hallway wasn't a bit dusty and had cleaner towels.
